Sexual Abuse and/or Sexual Trauma at any age has long term implications; however, the way I guide people who experienced the like of such abuses is to develop an understanding about what the abuse is doing to ones BODY/MIND/SPIRIT TODAY!. How keeping it alive depletes our true potential and Power. It is a process but one that has worked every time. Why should we carry the abuses, whatever they are, that some-one else placed upon us? Why should we feel guilty, sad, unworthy etc... 20-40-60 years later? I urge you to live, laugh and find happiness via the abuse and find freedom and empowerment to reach your true potential. I speak from personal experience from a childhood filled with sexual, emotional and spiritual abuses. I continued to abuse myself well into adulthood, until I realized I was only hurting myself and, my precious children.
